Often corporate films are perceived as dull or expensive options, but this doesn’t need to be the case. Why not use a short and dynamic film to visualise your funding bid, or to accompany your mid-term evaluation? Lengthy written documents are a necessary part of
public-funded projects, but they can be both inaccessible to the
reader and can fail to truly capture the spirit and emotion of projects.

Much of our production work during the last 3 years has been with organisations and government agencies that need to either publicise and promote their services, or to present an honest evaluation or showcase good practice in an interesting and relevant way.

Our approach is simple – firstly our experienced crews use only broadcast-quality digital equipment on location, in our TV studio, and our post-production facilities, and secondly we focus on delivering the right message in a clear and creative way that engages the viewer throughout.

We can deliver the final product on DVD, on a multimedia CD-ROM, or as streaming video for a website. We can also provide touch-screen installations or screenings to large audiences at conferences or product launches.

We would be happy to provide samples of our work specific to your own needs – so please ask us!

LOCATION FILMING

We use Sony DSR-370 and DSR-570 cameras on location, recording onto the professional DV-CAM digital tape format. This format provides broadcast-quality vision and audio but is very cost effective compared to the older Digital Betacam format, meaning that we can shoot as many retakes as we need until our clients are happy without the worry of wasting very expensive tape stock.

Sound quality is crucial, and we use a range of location microphones and mixers to ensure we have audio which matches the quality of the pictures. Our off-road crew vehicle allows us access to a variety of location, and our camera support equipment means we can get the most from any environment.
Our TV studio in Hartlepool is in a converted Victorian warehouse, and is large and flexible. It measures 9 metres wide by 14 metres deep, and is over 6 metres high. There is a smoothed concrete floor with set fixing points, an adaptable lighting rig, changing rooms, kitchen, various power configurations, and a loading dock with heavy goods lift.

Sets can be designed and constructed according to your needs.
